I salute you as you work extra hard to manage the digital demands, you are getting it right, individual effort is paramount. Did you complete your TPAD last term, did it get to countersigning, if not, your effort did not get rewarded. Get your tools down, ensure your week ending is sealed with a digital reporting on lesson attendance. The lesson observed with an appraiser's comment will indicate you deliver to the right persons at the recommended time.

Make it easy for the Head of Institution and the Deputy Head of Institution, by learning how to navigate through icons on your phones and tablets. This is a time when students get digital literacy with their instructors simultaneously. A country that thirsts for technological content knowledge, will benefit through searches online. Therefore capacity building of teachers should continue until a time when every teacher can embed digital literacy into every lesson.

    Most heads of institution are computer ilieterate not giving space to junior teachers who are compliant these devices.

    Appraised all my HOIs and countersigned all DHOIs and urged all appraisers under my jurisdiction to appraise
    There appraisee within the time bound. 💯% complete appraisal report submitted to county.

KJSEA Registration Updates, 2025

     (courtesy: Gemini) KJSEA Registration, 2025 portal allows all schools to register grade 9. The Kenya National Examination Council expects school administrators to visit  KJSEA Registration Portal  and complete this exercise within the remaining period. The learners whose names appear on the Grade 9 database require the following details updated afresh:  i) Specify need in the case of  learners living with special needs.  i i ) Parent's Name  and ID number as they appear on national ID iii) Phone number of the parent whose details are provided. Details such as names and  dates of birth appear to have no provision for alteration . The current system enables teachers to download the nominal roll with ease especially when you choose google drive to view and save.
