Easy steps to split screen on your devices

 To split screen on a Windows 10 device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app you want to use in split screen mode.

  2. Drag the title bar of the app to the left or right edge of the screen until you see a gray outline of the window.

  3. Release the mouse button. The app will be split into two halves of the screen.

  4. To open another app in split screen mode, drag the title bar of that app to the other half of the screen.

  5. To resize the windows, drag the border between the two windows.

  6. To close a window, drag the border to the edge of the screen.

To split screen on an Android device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Recent Apps menu.

  2. Long - press the app you want to use in split screen mode.

  3. Tap Split screen.

  4. To open another app in split screen mode, long - press the app you want to use and tap Split screen.

  5. To resize the windows, drag the border between the two windows.

  6. To close a window, drag the border to the edge of the screen.

Here are some additional tips for using split screen mode:

  • You can use split screen mode with any app that supports it. To check if an app supports split screen mode, open the Recent Apps menu and look for a Split screen button next to the app's icon.

  • If you have a large screen device, you can use split screen mode to open up to four apps at the same time. To do this, drag and drop the first app to the top left corner of the screen, then drag and drop the second app to the top right corner of the screen. Finally, drag and drop the third and fourth apps to the bottom left and bottom right corners of the screen.

  • You can use split screen mode to multitask more efficiently. For example, you could use split screen mode to open a web browser and a word processing app so that you can research information and write a document at the same time.

  • You can also use split screen mode to watch videos and play games. For example, you could open a video streaming app and a game app so that you can watch a video while you play a game.

KJSEA Registration Updates, 2025

The Kenya National Examination Council expects school administrators to visit  KJSEA Registration Portal  and complete this exercise within the remaining period. The learners whose names appear on the Grade 9 database require the following details updated afresh:  i) Specify need in the case of  learners living with special needs.  i i ) Parent's Name  and ID number as they appear on national ID iii) Phone number of the parent whose details are provided. Details such as names and  dates of birth appear to have no provision for alteration . The current system enables teachers to download the nominal roll with ease especially when you choose google drive to view and save.
